Project Advisor, Home Services

Responsibilities: Connect with homeowners to support their home improvement projects, answer questions about ongoing work, and offer additional services. In this role, you’ll make outbound calls to customers, discuss project details, and help ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. Successful contractors in this role are sales-forward and can "talk shop" with customers.

This client is looking for contractors who have high weekly availability. Pay incentives available for those who work 20+ hours per week.

Earnings Potential

1. Base rate is $0.25/minute with a 45-minute minimum guarantee
2. Rate increases to $0.31/minute when working 20+ productive hours per week (equates to roughly $18.60/hour)

Skills Needed

1. Comfort in consultative sales and outbound calling
2. Knowledge of home improvement and remodeling
3. Ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Friendly tone and professional demeanor

Schedule

1. Flexible schedule opportunities - you choose your own hours!
2. Program is open Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT

Work Environment Requirements

1. Quiet, uninterrupted space
2. Organized desk area

Technology Requirements

1. Personal computer (no tablet)
2. Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
3. Wired internet connection, such as cable, fiber optic, or DSL (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or mobile internet)
4. Windows 11 operating system
5. Windows Security/Microsoft Defender Antivirus (included in Windows 11 and free to use), running and up to date
6. Wired USB headset with microphone
7. Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.

Important Information We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
