Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Remote – Shopify & D2C) Location: Remote (US / Canada) Work Hours: Full-time, EST Business Hours Compensation: $40,000 – $55,000 / year (Based on experience)

About CO2LIFT CO2LIFT (Lumisque Skincare) is a South Florida-based medical skincare brand specializing in patented carboxytherapy technology. We provide clinically proven gel treatments to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, high-end MedSpas, and direct consumers globally.

Role Overview We are looking for a sharp, proactive Customer Support Specialist to handle high-touch communications across our B2B clinical accounts and D2C e-commerce customers. You will manage incoming inquiries, troubleshoot orders, and build lasting relationships with providers and skincare enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary point of contact across email, chat, and phone tickets using our CRM tools (Gorgias/Zendesk).
2. Process, track, and resolve order logistics, returns, and subscription updates via Shopify.
3. Assist MedSpa providers and consumers with product inquiries, usage protocols, and order issues.
4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding our clinical carboxytherapy line.

Requirements

1. 2+ years of remote customer support experience at a D2C e-commerce, skincare, or beauty brand.
2. Direct experience with Shopify and ticketing systems (Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar).
3. Strong written/verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-first tone.
4. Ability to work synchronously during Core EST Business Hours.
5. Experience or strong interest in clinical skincare, aesthetics, or MedSpas is a major plus.
