OPPORTUNITY: PAID SOCIAL STRATEGIST

The Paid Social Strategist will be the day to day lead on multiple accounts and will also have opportunities on new business. Experience running paid campaigns which convert D2C sales is a must. You’ll be looking for ways to connect with new audiences and deliver consistent growth across all paid social surfaces and deliver on strong sales conversion. This candidate must be someone who understands platform value and nuances, keeps up with updates, has their ear-to-the-ground on emerging technology and social opportunities, and approaches problems with a creative and collaborative lens. In this role, innovation and thinking out of the box is imperative – never settling for answers like “we’ve always done it that way.”

You value the greater good of the team vs. any personal agenda You’re nimble and resourceful. You can easily transition from the being in the clouds (concepting disruptive ideas) to the dirt (rolling up your sleeves and executing)

WHAT YOU’D DO Develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies. Identify benchmarks and opportunities based on client needs and desires. Constantly assess the performance of flights making adjustments to optimize spend for maximum return. Deliver on strong D2C sale conversion strategies week-over-week, optimizing based on results Build audiences utilizing custom audiences, pixel data, and interest targeting. Find new and creative ways to build out audiences beyond lookalikes. Communicate recommendations to the internal team for creative variants of both imagery and copy. Apply substantial amounts of independent critical thinking, and from the analyses, uncover trends, content opportunities, general hacks or insight and direction for strategic optimization. Contribute and help the wider-teams’ overall capabilities and understanding of paid social media. Own the development of automated client-facing campaign performance reports and dashboards, presenting and collaborating with the internal teams to ensure they feel confident in the data. Forecast growth projections, specifically conversion. Create effective data visualization to illustrate critical insights and analysis.

WHAT YOU’VE GOT Understanding the broader marketing & communications mix, traditional & non-traditional channel planning and socials’ role. Experience implementing social, digital and/or integrated campaigns on behalf of national brands Proven track record of D2C sale conversions Fluent in content strategy, comms planning, social analytics. Minimum 7 years working in paid social media. Strong presentation & storytelling skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to be a connective force amongst various discipline groups and with the client. Passion and curiosity for social media.
